Rotary Club of Granby meets on Wednesdays at Granby Library at noon to discuss local, national, and global issues. Feel free to bring your own lunch to eat during the meeting.
Granby Rotary sponsors many local and global educational, civic, and welfare organizations. Sponsored organizations/events include:
- Scholarships to local high school seniors
- Youth Exchange Students
- Rotary Youth Leadership Camps (RYLA & Young RYLA)
- Scout Troop and Pack
- Health Fair 365
- Community blood drive
- Dictionaries for all local Third grade students
- Reading & Literacy programs
- Highway cleanup
Fundraising efforts include concessions at the rodeos Flying Heels Arena, Fourth of July Picnic in the Park, silent auctions and social events.
There are approximately 25 members in the club and they are active in both club chair positions and in community development efforts.
